study and grandma

we finally started actual Bible study this week. once again, we are starting off the year with the official company 412 Bible study on 1 timothy 4:12. because of logisitcs, i've got two groups this year. eight guys come over on monday nights for supper and Bible study, then i meet with two other guys over coffee and snacks on sunday nights.

mom barlow and kristen have been here for a day and a half now. yesterday they got to sit through what might have been the most disjointed and distracted senior class officer meeting ever. nottooexciting for them, but they are getting a good picture of what life is like for us right now. because of school schedule, we won't get to take them out of the city at all; they will have to make due with mega mall and faith academy for entertainment.
