Naman

I signed up at mars hill to help with the 2-3 yrs. old program and this past week was my first week. the main idea was that God wants us to help others... well zeb gets the same lesson and since i knew exactly what was being taught, i thought i would question the boys at lunch time about what they learned...

Mum: zeb, what did you learn about in sunday school today?
Mum: was it about a man name Naman?
Zeb: Yes
Mum: What happen to Naman?
Zeb: He had chicken freckles so he had to go swimming

I thought it was adorable...for those of you not familiar with the story, Naman has leprosy (the teacher was told to tell the kids it was like chicken poxes)...he had to go dunk himself in the river 7 times and he would be healed....

moral of the story according to zeb: if you have chicken freckles...go swimming!! : )
