CRASH
the last week or so has been getting back into the swing of life with three and no "great computer" at home all day...needless to say it's been interesting! jon's computer decided to crash, so he had to reload it all....fortunately i don't delete pictures from our camera, so praise the Lord we still have documentation of keio's birth!
keio has been doing well, up until about two nights ago...the kid has serious gas issues...i'm not sure if it's things that i eat or if he has my dad's side of the families wonderful digestive system...we have some colic tablets left from when jai was little and that has made life a bit better...fortunately jai and zeb have been amazing so the lack of sleep hasn't hit to hard...
on the 9th (i think) my grandmother passed away...she took a nasty spill about a month ago and just wasn't able to recover at 92....she had a broken hip and other injuries that she was not able to overcome...she was in a fair bit of pain, so i praise the Lord for taking her quickly and not prolonging the suffering!!
emotionally, i have crashed...i realize how much i miss my cathy and my sara (arfsten and harris) and how i just long for my kindred spirits!! i know i'm not alone, but often feel that way when my day is spent with kids who can't carry on a normal conversation... not to blame all this on hormones, but i'm sure part of it is my body regulating and sleep deprivation getting the best of me...
i do ask for your prayers as i am still processing the loss of my grandma!! i had a good cry last night!! thanks
pictures to come maybe this weekend...jon is gone for the next 4 days, so that means the computer is to...and bible study has resumed, so our house is consumed by highschool boys...

Hey Melissa! You are in our prayers with the loss of your grandma. How is keio? Is he awake a little bit more during the day? I always feel like Emily is so hard to get to fall asleep. She has been doing ok at night--just crabby when Kevin comes home from work. We are flying to Michigan tomorrow so I am pretty excited! (My bro is getting married)
