Showers of blessings

in the past 12 days, i've had loads of empty hours (good ole middle of the night feedings) to sit and stare off into space or actually use my time to reflect on life... i guess more reflective on the blessings in my life... looking down into the face of a newborn in and of itself is an amazing blessing and a miracle!! this little man was perfectly formed inside me and was delivered safely into this world...the blessings of modern technology and dr. who knows what she's doing (even when her residences are clueless). a husband who loves me and deals with me handing orders out left and right as i sit and nurse keio... friends who stop by and visit, take the kids out to play, arrange for meals or better yet make meals...a helper, who has made life with 3 so much easier than if it were just me at home with the kids!! friends and family in the states who prayed me through labor and delivery and have not stopped praying for us as we have this huge transition in our life...
