gone

mor mor left this morning. we are all quite sad...but enjoyed the time we shared with her while she visited us...here are some photos to revies the weeks she was here...






the photos are completely out of order, but teddy bear tuesday before mor mor came was a little park along the pasig river called rainforest park. it must have been a quaint little park when it was first built. it was very cute, but very run down. anyways, in the back was the pasig city zoo, basically a few animals in cages--the boys loved it!! apparently, during the typhoon ondoy and the flooding one of the crocodiles escaped and is somewhere still in the river or city or something.

when mor mor got here. we did a pinic at the assumption college. we've all been once, but decided it was over 3 years ago, so we had to go again. they had many animals in cages, as well as a butterfly exhibit. again, a fun and close outing, which mum always loves!!

the last place we took sock monkey and mor mor was the Manila Ocean Park. Always a fun and exhausting adventure. the boys get so excited it's really hard to contain them, but i would have to say that this was the best time--in terms of them not running off...we still went through the whole aquarium quite quickly.

i guess with this last comment, i realize that i need to do a post on the beach overnighter...stay tuned!!
